While the average survival rate for startups that participate in an incubator is only 50%, 80% of Co-op companies are alive and kicking. At present, H/F Co-op portfolio companies have a net worth of over $600 million and have raised over $100 million.
This is why the Co-op doesn’t have an end date – we want to sit down with you and get an in-depth understanding of where your company stands, what’s missing, what hurts, and what kind of path must be built to fix it.
As a member of the Co-op, you get dedicated time with H/F team members to help you perfect your business plan and pitch deck. With regular pitch practice throughout the program, you'll be in top form when the introductions take place with potential investors or acquirers.

The name “Hackers/Founders Co-op” initially referred to our original program based in Silicon Valley. As of 2016, we have two new programs – H/F Hardware as well as Guadalajara-based Co-op Mexico. In addition, we have Co-op programs in Chicago, Berlin, and Amsterdam on the horizon.
